Efficient Bag Opener for Material Separation
Convotech Engineering LLP Manufacturing Bag Opener Produces All Waste and Recycles in accordance with Customer Requirements.Plastic bags are opened by Convotech Engineering’s bag opener, which then moves the metered material to further sorting and preparation facilities. Convotech Engineering LLP has a charging hopper and is offered as a standard model. The front loader supplies the hopper in batches.
This bag opener was created especially with recycling features and systems in mind. 94% of bags may be opened by it. It opens the bags found in waste paper, MSW, and single-stream/co-mingled garbage using a patented bag opening technique that does not require a spinning shaft. Additionally, it features an integrated storage bunker that feeds recyclables into the bag opening mechanism automatically. The storage bunker has a 25–60 cubic yard capacity and is low profile for effortless loading.
