Efficient Trommel Screen for Material Separation

Trommel Screen composts efficiently according to particle density and size characteristics.Motors, reducers, drum units, racks, and other components make up the majority of a trommel. The inclination of drum equipment, the motor is connected by reducer & the drum unit, the drivedrum revolve around its axis. When the materials go into the drum unit, due to the inclination and the rotation of the drum unit, it makes qualified materials come out via the outer screen; poor materials come out by the end of the rotating screen.
The unit has a feed hopper that feeds the trommel drum, at all variable speeds; it falls on a fine stockpile conveyor. The oversize conveyor is optional and can be mounted on the existing chassis the unit is powered by Convotech Engineering LLP
